VOLUNTEERING
The volunteer program is very important to our overall success. We have developed the volunteer program as a mutually beneficial alliance.
The benefits to Santee Lakes are enormous. It allows management to better utilize its paid staff for major maintenance and regulatory obligations. Using cost efficient volunteer support in security, trash control, maintenance, restroom custodial services and Park host representatives allows the Park to run more efficiently.
There are many benefits for the volunteer as well. The volunteer stays active and may, as a requirement of the position, receive a campsite in which to park their recreational vehicle in exchange for their services.
Please contact Nancy Gallagher at 619-258-4787 for information on volunteering.
